TLC has flouted a tender for interested companies or individuals to take up two office spaces: one for use as an Internet cafe / Business Centre and the other as a Hair Salon. 1) The Business Centre measures 5m x 6m 2) The Hair Salon measures 6m x 4.5m 3) Viewing of the two offices shall take place on 06/12/25 at 0900 hrs. 4) Tender documents can be purchased from the Shop Manager, SGD between 0830 hrs. & 1730 hrs. weekdays. The non-refundable fee is P20.00 or 50% for youth companies or individual youth. Deadline for the submission of Bids is 12/12/25 at 1730 hrs.
